The Tone

The U.S was trying to pose as a threat to germany and trying to seem powerful, trying to intimidate germany. The U.S probabley thought that they had an advantage over germany and more power they wanted to take advantage or were planning on it.  Germany felt as if the U.S were to over powering and overstepped the boundries. They had put there nose where it didnt belong and had started something that could have been avoided. Germany had the true power and played the part. The U.S as said wanted to pose a threat ro Germany when they had no place in this.

Bombs

if my team and I found a place where bomb are being made and we had six prisoners I would torture them all. If we are in desperate need in finding the other location where there are bombs being made I would torture them until we got the answers we were looking for. I would kill one by one until one spits out the truth. Although it may take lives it can save many.

wikileaks

Dear Editor in cheif,
Wiki-leaks is a good non profitable organization in which we the public hear the truth. I believe we should all hear the truth of everything that goes on. Not only in the United States, but all over. We should not hide the negatives of our country. History is based on what made our country number “1”. But we do not like to hear about our flaws. Wiki-leaks gives us the opportunity to hear the things that are not liked. Yes it may cause a big disturbance between countries but we will learn to get around it.These documents are kept for a reason. To be shown to the public. People see it as stealing from the government and posting it to others dislike. I like the idea of the anonymous posting. The word is put out there and will cause no problem for those who want the public to know. Who would not want to know the flaws of our country? Not only ours but others? The anonymous postings will leave the bloggers out of sight and safe from the public. We may have the opportunity to find out what is going to happen towards the near future. So that we are prepared for the change coming. These documents are causing many drawbacks, also controversy all over. Although having the right to see the hidden documents, it can be a negative as well. For example, releasing these documents can cause war. Other countries may disagree with the publishing of the documents and may want to call for war. Some people may want to get angry and go against the government for hiding these documents for such a long time. Also, for hiding them in the first place. IF the government did not want any of these important documents being published anywhere they should keep track of where they are kept and who has access to them that might be the one publishing it. Many Of us have different views but in my opinion wiki leaks has both its pros and cons.

Avatar

Imperialism is a stronger nation over powering a much weaker nation. In the movie avatar planet earth tries to take over the avatars planet. With all of their technology they are able to do so. In a much aggressive manner. In our case the united states tries to over throw others government and put in pro united states governments. Not many were successful but others were. In the movie avatar the take over their home. They walked in as if it were their home. They knocked things down they tore everything apart. Was it right? No! But of course “the bigger man wins”. They were vulnerable. Nothing they did or tried to do could stop them from letting earth upon their territory. When the humans tried to convince them to move and they did not listen the humans had no choice but to over power them with their technology and move right on in. The stronger nation always wins. They will do what they have to do to get what they want. In this case the humans wanted the avatars land but the avatars would not listen. They thought of it as their home. The humans were not going to sit there and listen to a weaker nation. All the humans had to do is walk right in and take over the territory that they wanted. When the humans went into the forest in where the avatars lived they were knocking down trees and everything in their way. Although the avatars were a lot taller than the humans they were vulnerable. They could not keep up with the humans advanced technology. The avatars were not armed. They had no choice but to run from the stronger apposed. And, of course the stronger nation won. Earth lacked resources that the avatars had. So they decided to over take the land. What ever the earth wanted they got. That is just how stronger nations work. Earth needed resources that they did not have. So they went on and found what they needed and where it could have been found. So they took over the weaker nations land. When earth realizes they need something they will go and get it. That is what happens with the united states of America. We know we are a strong nation so we continue to look for weaker ones to overthrow and use their resources for what we need. Such as goods, foods, etc. Their will always be a stronger nation picking on the weaker one. In the avatar Earth needed land resources that they did not have. But they found what they did not have somewhere where they knew they could take it from. So they went on and tried to over take what they were there for. If earth was a smaller nation than utopian than it would have been different. The earth would have token a step back and keep their needs to themselves. Earth models imperialism by being the bigger nation. Utopian is the weaker nation.
