To Dr. Rhineheart i know you as the principal want to keep your school and students safe, but denying things that have went on in history is not the way to do it. I as a young adult in highschool feel i can handle it as well as every student im sure. For example the ramp of nanking the deaths of so many women and children is tough and harsh to explain or talk about but it is the truth and needs to be known! Even today in this time worse things are happening if not the same just not as severe as back then. Denying history is basically us being lied to, i dont feel its right and we should know the whole truth!
Pro's and con's
Its hard to say whether the US should get involved or not its a lose, lose situation there are effects if the US does interfere and there are also effects if we dont and mind our own business. For example if we stay out of other countries affairs the US could be held accoundable for the bad things happeneing because we just stood by and watched. Also the US would not be able to control what other foreign countries do and it wouldnt be in favor of the US interest. Although if we do interfere in these affairs the US could be disliked for medling into there countries conflict or it can even cost the US money.

Murder trial in Massachusetts (1920 – 27). After the robbery and murder of Federick Parmenter andAlessandro Berardelli at a shoe factory (1920) wHere they were shot and money had been stolen, police arrested the Italian immigrant anarchists Nicola Sacco (1891 – 1927), a shoemaker, and Bartolomeo Vanzetti (1888 – 1927), a fish peddler. They were tried and found guilty. Tons of people protested the men's innocence, and many others felt they had been convicted for their anarchist beliefs. There were not only opinions and beliefs stated they also had evidence and witnesses to help determine Sacco and Vanzetties fate. Witnesses and ivestigators gave descriptions of the criminals which seemed to match with the two men and physical evidence was also found physical evidence like gun shell casings on the scene of the crime, and on Venzetti himself. The jury with much deliberation debated on wether the shells on the scene and on Venzetti were capable of doing enough damage as to kill a human being. In addition to the shells the day of the crime Sacco was not present at his job. Both Sacco and Vanzetti had lied to the jury about what they had done and where they were the day and time of the crime. So much deliberation and speculation took place due to the fact that they seemed innocent. However in reality they were not Sacco and Vanzetti had been following Luigi Guliani who is also an Italinb anarchist who is an Advocate for violence. The two trials that took place took a very long time and had been difficult to come to a desicion and get to the truth. This case was very long and one of the hardest cases I being a CSI investigator had to deal with. For too long i feel it was in Sacco and Vanzettis favor, It was more of trying to help Sacco and Vanzetti there were more witnesses on their side appose to being against them and trying to serve them with their punishment which should have been done earlier. However in 1925 a murderer came clean to talking part in the crime, but attempts to obtain a retrial failed and Sacco and Vanzetti were sentenced to death in 1927.Though opinion remained divided on the men's guilt, most agreed that a retrial was warranted. In 1977 Massachusetts governor Michael Dukakis issued a proclamation stating that Sacco and Vanzetti had not been treated justly.

Evolution and Religion
The scopes trial was in 1925 and was all about a man by the name of John Scopes, a biology teacher who was teaching his students the theory of evolution which back then was not allowed to be done. Unfortunately Scopes was found guilty. Back then religion was aloud to be taught and not evolution and now a days its the opposite. In my opinion it does not really matter to me what is taught in schools whether it religion or evolution, my beliefs are strong i will not be influenced by a teachers opinions or a students, i will respect there opinions but my beliefs will not be changed because of another person. Some people may feel the same way or different they may think evolution should be taught or Religion , if you were a strong believer in either of those it should not matter and others people opinions should not influence your own.

Crime presentaion
Prior to our group work and group presentations in class i had no idea about some of the well known criminals back then, i have only heard of Bonnie and Clyde but did not know much about them. I learned alot of interesting facts i didnt know before, like their early child hood all the crimes they comitted from teen to adult, i had no idea or ever even thought all these criminals were significant to history, but in fact they were and all of the groups came up with great reasons for it.
