The whole in the fence

The big day was here, the day i have been waiting for. Today was the day i went to my first live baseball game. I had my tickets ready in my hand. I was so happy that my mom had actually got them for me, they must have been expensive. The feild was not too far from my house. I put on my favorite baseball cap,a nd favorite baseball shirt then headed out the door. Finally made it to the field so anxious and excted waiting to give the guy at the booth my ticket. "Next" is all i hear, i procced to the booth and give the guy my ticket, as i begin walking passed the gate i am stopped and told there is something wrong with my ticket. It's FAKE! I could not believe it. I had no other choice but to leave, so dissapointed and angry. Hearing the sound of the balls being hit by the metal bats and the empire yelling STRIKE on the other side of the fence. As im walkking i stop and see what seems to be like a whole in the fence. I look through and have a clear view of the baseball game, i stood peeking throught that whole the entire night until the game was finally over!

Televsion

Television, yes sends messages that are innapropriate and could have effect on teens and young adults, however it is their choice to follow it. Everyone has a mind of their own. They have the will power to be influenced by whats on television or just to know that what they see is wrong. Just because you watch these programs doesnt mean you have to do the actions and take it upon you to get into the peer pressure. There are teens who ofcourse want to be cool or try to be cool and think what they see on T.V is what they need to do to be cool. Most of it is all an act and just because you watch celebrities and think they are the perfect role model most of them are not. It i your choice to give iinto what you watch or just know its wrong and not be influenced by it.
